ENDING VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN AND GIRLS

25th November - 10th December

16 DAYS OF ACTIVISMPENZANCE

We are 16 Days Penzance, a grassroots campaign group bringing our community together to help end violence against women and girls. Each year, we take part in the global 16 Days of Activism campaign – a UN Women initiative running from 25 November to 10 December. We aim to raise awareness, spark conversations, and create change, right here in Cornwall.

Together, we are sending a strong, visible message:
Penzance does not accept violence against women and girls.

I Realised When

This short film, 'I Realised When,' was made as part of 16 Days of Activism and focuses on the stories of women survivors of coercive control living in Cornwall who began to regain control of their lives.

You're worth more than this.
