A guided adventure in movement and dance, for all bodies that like to move, led by dancer and choreographer Kyra Norman.  No prior experience required.  Come as you are, and be part of a relaxed, expansive and easy-going experience of being together, on the move.  Arrive for 10:15am feeling however you're feeling, leave feeling more alive.

Over the last 5 years, DISTANT DANCES has built up a regular, weekly Thursday morning session at the Acorn theatre in Penzance, as well as pop-ups in collaboration with unique venues and inspiring community groups around Cornwall.  This is a one-off Saturday session as part of 16 Days of Activism to end violence against women and girls.
