About the Event
A fun and engaging personal safety session using easy breakaway techniques, simple strategies and a few dirty tricks.
The workshop is being held as part of 16 Days of Activism and is led by Tiffany Coates a qualified self-defence teacher. Open to all women and girls. Free personal alarm for everyone who attends.
