About the Event
Want to feel safer and more confident? Join this fun and engaging personal safety and self defence workshop. You'll learn easy breakaway techniques, simple confidence strategies and a few dirty tricks.
Open to all women and girls (aged 12 and over).
The workshop is led by Tiffany Coates, a qualified self-defence teacher.
